Fall Intensive Baseball Course

Weekly Calendar

Class size is limited to 12 players. Additional classes may be added.
* No classes during the week of Thanksgiving.

Speed, Agility, Footwork & Weight Training

Note: You must attend a minimum of 2 classes and may attend all 4, if you choose.

5th Grade - College

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Saturday @ 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm

The CFSP Fall Intensive Speed, Agility and Footwork program with the SKLZ system is designed to help the athlete understand the movements to increasing footspeed, lateral movement and overall speed.  Each session will focus on a key movement and drill series that is sport specific.  The overall goal is lower the players timed runs and increase the range and coverage areas.  Players will be tested in various drills each week to determine success in the program.  Players may attend up to 4 sessions each week and a minimum of 2.

Defensive Sessions

Note: When you pay for Defensive Sessions, you may attend either the Pitching & Catching or Infield & Outfield classes or both.

Pitching & Catching

5th Grade - College

The CFSP Fall Intensive Defensive Programs coordinated with Rawlings are designed for the players to gain a deeper understand in the defensive movements.  The programs will focus on advanced level instruction:

Hitting

The CFSP Fall Intensive Hitting Course is a 5-week course powered by Phoenix Bats designed to apply hitting theory.  Throughout the 5 weeks the players will focus on a progressive understanding of hitting and will focus on building a strong mechanical foundation.  Each week will also feature a “Game Breaker Focus,” which are advanced topic areas for players who already have a sound movement base.

* Players will be encouraged to use Phoenix Bats during training at an additional cost ($80-$150) if they do not have one already.

The CFSP Fall Intensive Hitting Course is a 5-week course powered by Phoenix Bats designed to apply hitting theory.  Throughout the 5 weeks the players will focus on a deeper understanding of hitting at the next level.  All courses will focus on hitting zone command and understanding the 9 different hitting zones.  Each week will also feature a “Game Breaker Focus,” which are advanced topic areas for players who already have a sound movement base.

Arm Care & Velocity Training

5th Grade - College

Saturday @ 11 am - 12:30 pm

The CFSP Fall Intensive Arm Care and Velocity Training Programs is designed for all players and is not just for pitchers.  Every player must understand proper arm care and in the world of showcase measurement, velo matters at all positions.  The program, in cooperation with Crossover Symmetry, will develop a full, regular arm-care program with Crossover Cords. The velocity program will focus on the ground up development of high-peak throwing. 

* Players will be encouraged to purchase a set of Crossover Cords for home use at an additional cost if they do not have one already.
